The room was both bright and quiet with balcony and great views. The breakfast was freshly prepared with many options and the pool was lovely. The staff were caring throughout our stay.

Our bathroom was far from safe for my husband, whose mobility is reduced. The shower seat felt flimsy and inadequate. The lack of grip bars was alarming, and the slippery floor post-shower made everything worse. It's astonishing that such basic safety standards aren't met in a hotel of this caliber!

It was important to get wheelchair accessible room with fantastic huge terrace and a lovely balcony plus bunkbeds for the children and that went well.

The evening ambiance was enhanced by live music on the terrace, while Walid's attentive service made us feel cared for during our stay.

The noise levels from nearby restaurants disrupted my peace, detracting from the overall comfort of my stay. I also felt that the limited breakfast selection did not live up to the hotel's pricing, leaving me wanting more substantial options to start the day.

Despite the room's clean and spacious feel, the view was obscured by the road, leading to frustration over the value of my upgrade. The warm atmosphere and really good service from the staff, particularly in recommending local dining options, stood out. Breakfast with seasonal products was a pleasant highlight, contributing to an overall enjoyable experience despite the room challenges.
